Elite Federation warrior Cynthia suffers severe PTSD and wholeheartedly trusts Alonzo, her assigned B+ service werebeast. However, she is betrayed by both the vain Alonzo and her jealous elder sister Trina. Alonzo flirts with Trina and even spreads Cynthia’s painful trauma as gossip. Heartbroken, Cynthia spends all her savings to buy Stanton, an S+ combat werebeast discarded by Trina from the black market. Fierce and aggressive to outsiders, Stanton is utterly innocent, loyal and devoted only to Cynthia, shielding her fiercely from provocation by the pair. When an interstellar war breaks out, reckless Trina disobeys military orders and falls into an enemy ambush. Cynthia pilots a fighter through artillery fire to rescue Stanton, and they fight side by side to turn the tide. In the end, Trina receives life imprisonment, regretful Alonzo exiles himself to border troops. Promoted to Major General for outstanding merits, Cynthia holds a grand wedding with her fated mate Stanton.
